echobuild

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 21, 2026

ToS §1 - Acceptance

echobuild (echobuild.app) is operated by Inovapad Consultoria e Marketing Ltda, registered with the Brazilian Corporate Taxpayers' Registry (CNPJ) under No. 46.797.060/0001-88, headquartered in Brazil. In these Terms, "echobuild" or "we" refers to that company.

These Terms govern the use of the platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

ToS §2 - Eligibility and age

2.1. echobuild is intended for people who are 13 (thirteen) years of age or older. By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you declare that you are at least that age.

2.2. Paid features, meaning support, subscription or any onerous contracting, may only be contracted by a person with full legal capacity, 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. If the account holder is under 18, the contracting party is the parent or legal guardian (responsável legal), in their own name. Before any contracting, the contracting party makes a specific declaration of capacity, recorded with date and time.

ToS §3 - Description of the service

echobuild is a set of tools for gaming communities: a bilingual catalog, build creation and sharing, inventory mode, AI-assisted analysis (Build Doctor) and a community layer. Monster Hunter Wilds is the first game covered.

Independence: echobuild is an independent, unofficial tool, with no affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the companies responsible for the games it covers. Monster Hunter and Monster Hunter Wilds are trademarks of Capcom Co., Ltd. Names, data and materials related to the game are its property and appear here for reference and planning only. echobuild does not commercialize game content: it does not sell items, virtual currency, accounts or modifications (mods) for Monster Hunter Wilds, and it does not make game files or audiovisual material available for download.

Informational nature: game data (weapons, armor, skills, values) reflects our best curation effort and may diverge from the current state of the game after updates (patches). Nothing on the platform is a guarantee of results within the game.

ToS §4 - Account and login

Authenticated access is via Discord (OAuth). You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know at contato@echobuild.app; until that notice, actions taken on your account are treated as yours. echobuild does not ask for your Discord password under any circumstances.

ToS §5 - User-generated content

  1. Ownership: the content you create (builds, texts, profile settings) is yours.
  2. Display license: by publishing content (public build, profile, affiliation), you grant echobuild a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content on the platform, according to your publication settings. The license is revocable: unpublishing or deleting the content ends the display. The exception is builds that echobuild has featured in the curated catalog: the featured copy remains online because other people came to rely on it, with your name as author for as long as your account exists, even if you unpublish or delete the original build; if you delete your account, it remains without your name (PP §6.3).
  3. Privacy by default: builds are created private; publishing is always an action of yours.
  4. Community layer: builds may be endorsed by community leaders; the endorsement is curation by the community, not by echobuild, and may be moderated under these Terms. In these Terms, curated catalog means the set of builds selected or produced by the echobuild team and displayed as reference; community means a space created by echobuild on the platform for a group of players; and community leader means the user to whom echobuild has assigned that role in a community, including any co-leaders that the leader appoints.
  5. Responsibility: you are responsible for the content you publish. Do not include in public texts personal data (yours or third parties'), unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  6. Moderation: echobuild may remove or unpublish content that violates these Terms or the law. If you disagree with the removal or the unpublishing, you may contest the decision by the means indicated in the notice you receive.
  7. Reports: anyone, with or without an account, may report criminal or unlawful content through the channels indicated on the Contact page. A report must identify the content, the possible illegality and who is reporting it. echobuild confirms receipt and assesses the report. If it removes the content, it notifies its decision to the person who reported it and to the person who published it, with the specific grounds and the means to contest it. If it keeps the content, it notifies the person who reported it, with the grounds and the means to contest it. If it reconsiders the decision after a contestation, it notifies both parties, with the reasoning.
  8. Transparency: echobuild publishes on the platform, once a year, a transparency report on the reports received through these channels and how they were handled. echobuild does not display advertising and does not offer paid boosting of content; if it comes to offer them, the report will cover them as well.

ToS §6 - Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: (a) using the platform for unlawful activity; (b) attempting to access third-party accounts, data or restricted areas; (c) overloading, interfering with or attempting to circumvent technical limitations of the service, including usage limits of Build Doctor and of the credit system; (d) using abusive automation (mass scraping, bots) without authorization; (e) publishing content that violates ToS §5.5; (f) reselling or commercially exploiting the service without authorization; (g) repeatedly contracting and undoing the contracting for the purpose of obtaining credits without the corresponding payment. Exercising the right of withdrawal under CDC art. 49 provided for in ToS §7.4 does not, in itself and under no circumstances, constitute a violation of these Terms: what item (g) prohibits is the systematic repetition of the cycle for the purpose of evading payment, and establishing it requires demonstrating a pattern, never the mere existence of a withdrawal request. The burden of demonstrating that pattern lies with echobuild, and it is assessed from the facts as a whole: how many times contracting was made and undone, how much time separated each contracting from its cancellation, whether the credits were consumed before each cancellation, and whether there was any other use of the platform in the period. None of these facts, taken alone, establishes evasion.

Violation of these rules may result in the measures in ToS §9.

ToS §7 - Supporter, credits and right of withdrawal

  1. Model: supporters receive Build Doctor analysis credits, granted by the account nick, with no email collected at checkout. There is no paid tier in operation as of this date. When there is, the payment will be processed by an external processor, responsible for the financial flow, identified in the Privacy Policy (PP §5) and in these Terms before any charge; echobuild does not access your payment data.
  2. Credits: credits are consumed per analysis, according to the table in force on the platform. Credits are not currency, have no monetary value outside the platform and are not transferable.
  3. Cached analyses: analyses served from cache do not consume credits.
  4. Right of withdrawal (CDC, art. 49): you may withdraw from the contracting within 7 calendar days, counted from the date of contracting, with no need to give reasons and at no cost. Once the right is exercised, we refund the amounts paid in full, with monetary restatement, including where credits have already been consumed in that period. Automatic renewal is a continuation of the same contract and not a new contracting, and therefore does not reopen that period: the right of withdrawal protects the decision to contract without knowing the service, and at renewal you have already had the service for a full cycle. You may cancel at any time, with no penalty and no minimum term; cancellation stops subsequent renewals, and the period already paid for runs to its end, with no pro-rata refund. echobuild may, at its discretion and case by case, grant a refund beyond the statutory period; that discretion does not constitute an enforceable right and does not alter the above.
  5. Adjustment of values: echobuild may adjust credit values and benefits prospectively, without affecting credits already granted.
  6. Discontinuation of a feature: echobuild may stop offering a feature, including Build Doctor, to new contracts, at any time. Discontinuation does not affect contracting already entered into: the feature remains available until the end of the period already paid for, and credits already granted are preserved until then. Once that period ends, renewal, if any, will take place under the Terms then in force, which may not include the discontinued feature.

ToS §8 - Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  1. Service "as is": echobuild is offered with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors, within the limits the law permits.
  2. Build Doctor is AI: Build Doctor analyses are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are informational suggestions about a game, not a guarantee of performance, outcome or correctness. Use your own judgment.
  3. Game data: values and mechanics may diverge from the game after Capcom updates (ToS §3).
  4. Third-party content: builds and texts published by users, and community endorsements, express their authors and not echobuild.
  5. Limitation: to the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian legislation, and without setting aside non-waivable consumer rights, echobuild's liability is limited to the greater of (i) the amounts actually paid by the user to the platform in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event and (ii) the equivalent of 12 (twelve) monthly fees of the highest-value supporter plan in force, on the date of the event, in the price table applicable to the user, subject to a minimum floor of R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais).

ToS §9 - Account termination

  1. By you: you may delete your account at any time, on the platform itself. The effects on your published content and on your personal data follow the Privacy Policy (PP §6 and §6.3).
  2. By echobuild: accounts may have their public actions suspended or be terminated for violation of these Terms, with notice to the user. If you disagree, you may contest the decision by the means indicated in the notice you receive. The measures, deadlines and procedure are on the Contact page. Supporter credits in accounts terminated for serious violation are not refundable, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.
  3. For inactivity: accounts with no activity at all for 24 (twenty-four) consecutive months may be terminated, with erasure of the associated data, with the same effects provided for account deletion (PP §6). There will be no prior notice, and the reason is structural: echobuild does not store the email address of any user (PP §2.1, data minimization), so there is no asynchronous contact channel with dormant accounts. Your access identity is your Discord account and remains with you: simply create a new echobuild account to use the platform again. To keep your account active, all you need to do is access it.
  4. Survival: clauses that by their nature survive termination (limitation of liability, residual retentions, governing law and venue) remain effective.

ToS §10 - Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you have any problem with the platform, talk to us first at contato@echobuild.app: almost everything is resolved that way. For matters that do not involve a consumer relationship (relação de consumo) under the CDC, the venue of the judicial district of Campinas/SP is elected. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings against echobuild in the courts of your domicile.

ToS §11 - Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes on the platform or in legislation. Material changes will be announced on the platform, with the effective date indicated. Continued use after the effective date indicates agreement; if you do not agree, you may terminate your account (ToS §9.1).
